This section appears because your Volunteer signup page has the tag 'homepage'

How can I edit it?

You can edit the content of this section under the Volunteer settings > intro of your volunteer signup page.

Note that this is where you set the text that appears in this homepage volunteer section as well as the text that appears on the volunteer page itself. So add the homepage volunteer text above the 2 horizontal lines, and the volunteer page text below them.

Then you can edit your volunteer page settings (e.g. tags, autoresponder, etc.), as you please.
